1. Overview

At Mirrai, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our virtual try-on software product. Given the digital nature of our Chrome Extension and the computation costs associated with AI generations, we have the following refund policy.

2. Refunds for Unused Credits

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have purchased credits and have not used ANY of them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Digital Generations

Once digital generations have been processed (i.e., you have used credits to generate virtual try-on images), those specific credits or associated subscription plans are strictly non-refundable. The processing time and server costs cannot be recovered.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at amodityadav@gmail.com with your account details and the reason for the refund. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
